Good features, slow EMR integration

I used Scribeberry's AI Medical Scribe for a month after the free trial. The SOAP Note Generator was quite good, definitely saved time. The Voice-to-Text for Doctors feature worked well too, picking up most of my dictation accurately. However, the EMR Integration took longer than I expected to get fully set up with our system, which was a bit frustrating. Customer service was responsive but it still felt like a drawn-out process. Value is there once it's fully integrated, but the initial setup could be smoother.

Annual plan saved money

I signed up for Scribeberry after looking at a few options. I went with the annual billing plan for the AI Medical Scribe because it was a lot cheaper than paying monthly, I think it was like 15% off. That made a big difference for my budget. The HIPAA Compliant AI was a must-have for me, so knowing it met those standards made me feel good about the purchase. It's definitely worth the investment for the time it saves on documentation.

Helped with notes a lot

I tried Scribeberry for a few weeks to help with all my notes. It really cut down on the time I spent after patient visits. The Ambient Scribe was pretty cool, just talked and it did its thing. Made my day less stressful, honestly. Pretty happy with it.

Good value for annual plan

I was looking for a medical scribe solution and Scribeberry's annual plan seemed like a good deal. The 15% saving for going annual really helped my budget. The AI Medical Scribe is pretty accurate. It took a little while to integrate with my EMR, but it was worth it.

Smooth onboarding, useful features

I signed up for the 7-day free trial of Scribeberry to test their AI Medical Scribe and Clinical Documentation Tool. The ordering process was straightforward. Delivery, or rather, access to the platform, was immediate after signing up. Their support team was responsive when I had a question about EMR integration, getting back to me within a few hours. The SOAP Note Generator is quite robust and saved me a lot of time daily. Accuracy for voice-to-text was impressive, though sometimes it missed a medical term or two, requiring minor edits.

Decent, but a bit pricey

I used the AI Medical Scribe for my practice. It handled basic SOAP notes fine. The HIPAA compliance was reassuring. However, I found the pricing for monthly a bit high. It made me hesitate to commit to annual billing.

Good tool, some minor issues

I tried the Scribeberry AI Medical Scribe for a month after my free trial. It definitely helped with my SOAP notes and cut down on charting time, which was the main goal. The EMR integration was pretty smooth with my system, took a little bit to set up but it works. I noticed the H&P Note Generator was really useful for new patient intakes. My main critique is that sometimes the voice-to-text had trouble with certain medical jargon, especially if I spoke quickly. I had to go back and edit more than I expected on occasion. Overall, it's a solid service and provides good value, but not perfectly seamless.

Consistent and reliable service

This is my third year using Scribeberry, and it's been consistently good. I originally started with the Clinical Documentation Tool and now use the Ambient Scribe regularly. Their EMR Integration has always worked well with my system, no major hiccups over the years. I appreciate that they've added more specialty-specific templates, like the Cardiology ones I use now. It just makes my workflow so much smoother. It's why I keep renewing my annual subscription.

Thinking of trying this out, but worried about integration. Anyone here using it with Epic or Cerner? How seamless is it really?

I Ian Lee 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I use it with Epic, it's pretty decent. It doesn't write directly into the EMR, but copying/pasting is super quick. Better than typing everything from scratch.

J James Campbell 3 weeks ago
I'm on a different EMR, not Epic, but it was pretty straightforward to get it set up. They have guides, and it mostly just works by transcribing and generating notes you can then transfer. Saves a ton of time.

Does Scribeberry offer a free trial, or do I have to pay right away to test it out?

S Susan S. 1 month ago
They definitely have a free trial, I did a 7-day one a few months back to see if it fit. Worth checking out.

Is Scribeberry okay for like, a small family medicine clinic? Or is it more for bigger hospitals?

T Tim Thomas 1 month ago
totally fine for small practices! i'm in a solo psych practice and it's been a lifesaver for my notes. they have templates for family med too.

Yep, my friend uses it for pediatrics in her small office. Says it's super helpful and they have specific templates for that too.

Is Scribeberry like, truly HIPAA compliant? Don't want to get into any trouble with patient data.

J Jeff N. 1 month ago
They say they are, and everything seems encrypted and secure. I haven't heard of any issues.
2
A Aaron Lopez 1 month ago
Yeah, they emphasize it a lot on their website, and it was a big factor for me choosing them. All the data handling is supposedly compliant, they don't store PHI longer than necessary for the note generation, afaik.

Hey, wondering if the free trial is actually helpful or just super limited? Wanna try it for a week but not if it's crippled.

K Karen E. 1 month ago
The trial is pretty full-featured, I used it to generate a bunch of SOAP notes. Gives you a good feel for it.

A Andrew Garcia 1 month ago
It's a proper trial. You get access to all the main features, enough to see if it's worth it before committing to a subscription.

How does Scribeberry compare to DeepScribe? I've been using DeepScribe but heard good things about this one.

Z Zach Sanchez 1 month ago
I switched from DeepScribe to Scribeberry a few months ago. Scribeberry's templates for my specialty (pediatrics) are way better. And the note generation just feels more natural.

M Melissa W. 1 month ago
Used both. Scribeberry feels a bit more intuitive for me, and the patient education materials it can generate are a nice bonus. DeepScribe is good too, but I found Scribeberry's voice-to-text slightly more accurate in my accent.

Does Scribeberry have any good discounts for residents? Like for a whole group of us in a program?

B Brandon Allen 1 month ago
I think they do for medical students and residents! You should check their site or just contact them directly, I remember seeing something about it.
5
A Alex White 1 month ago
Yeah, I got a student discount last year, so they definitely do resident ones too. And for groups, I think there's a specific 'group practice' discount they offer, so that's probably what you'd be looking for.

Hey, anyone used Scribeberry for their practice? Thinking about trying it out but wondering if it actually works well with Epic or something similar.

A Aaron Lopez 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I've got it hooked up with Cerner, and it pushes the notes in pretty smoothly. You might need a little setup, but it's not too bad.

A Abigail W. 3 weeks ago
My clinic uses it with Athena, and it's mostly good. Sometimes you gotta tweak the output before it goes into the EMR, but it saves a ton of time overall.
